There are so many historical sites and cultural attractions in Hoi An that it is almost impossible not to see at least 1 or 2 of the more famous ones. Even if you are here on business or stopping over on your way somewhere else, there is sure to be something you can see in the time you are here. You should at least try to see the Japanese covered bridge or make an inspection of one of the fusion Chinese-Japanese-Vietnamese shop-houses in the old town. If your time is limited and there is something you would like to see, search the Hoi An Accommodation page for nearby accommodation.

If your stay in Hoi An is longer, we have listed some local Hoi An tour options below that may interest you. Regardless, if you do not know your way around Hoi An already, consider taking a short tour soon after you arrive to get acquainted with the town. A trip across the Thu Bon river to the woodworking village can be an interesting way to escape the many other tourists visiting Hoi An.
